By accessing and using RentalBabe.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

You must meet the following criteria to use our platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction
• You must not use this platform for any illegal activities
• You must provide accurate information during registration

RentalBabe.in is an online directory and classified advertisement platform. We are not an escort agency or service provider. We do not employ, manage, or control any individuals listed on our platform.

All advertisements are posted by independent individuals or third-party providers. We act solely as a platform for listing and discovery.

When you create an account on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Users who post advertisements are solely responsible for the content of their listings. By posting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• All photos are genuine and represent the actual person
• Contact information provided is accurate and belongs to you
• The content does not infringe on the rights of any third party

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Posting fake, misleading, or fraudulent advertisements
• Using stolen photos or impersonating another person
• Engaging in or promoting any illegal activities
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior towards other users
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt our platform
• Posting content involving minors in any capacity
• Spamming or posting duplicate advertisements

Every ad submitted to our platform passes an automated quality & authenticity check before it can appear. Duplicate photos and copied text are automatically detected and blocked, and any listing that does not pass the automated check is manually reviewed by our team before being published.

Advertisers may optionally verify their identity by submitting a government ID and a selfie to earn a Verified badge (see the Privacy section for how those documents are handled).

Users can report any profile, and flagged listings are re-reviewed. We reserve the right to approve, reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion without prior notice. Approval of a listing does not constitute an endorsement of the individual or their services.

Listing a profile on RentalBabe.in is free. Advertisers may optionally purchase coins to promote their listings to premium positions.

• Coins are a prepaid virtual credit for use on our platform only. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged back for money.
• Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card or bank details.
• Promoting an ad places it at a chosen position in a city or locality for a fixed duration. When the duration ends, the ad returns to its normal position.
• Coin-pack values and promotion pricing are indicative and may change at any time.
• All coin purchases and promotions are final. Coins and promotions are non-refundable, including once a promotion is active or coins have been spent.
• We may adjust, pause, or remove a promotion if the underlying ad is rejected, removed, or found to violate these terms — no refund is due in such cases.

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is handled with care:

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• User browsing activity is kept confidential
• Passwords are stored securely using one-way hashing (bcrypt) — never in plain text
• Verification documents (government ID & selfie) are reviewed privately by our team and permanently deleted once a decision is made — they are never shared or made public
• We use IP-based analytics for platform improvement only

RentalBabe.in shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the quality of any service, or the outcome of any meeting arranged through our platform.

Users engage with listed profiles at their own risk and discretion. We are not involved in any financial transactions between users and advertisers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
