How do I register on RentalBabe.in?

Click on the "Post an Ad" or "Register" button in the header. Fill in your name, email address, and create a password. After submitting, you'll receive an activation email — click the link to activate your account. Once activated, you can log in and start posting profiles.

I didn't receive the activation email. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, make sure you entered the correct email address during registration. You can try registering again with the same email. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

How do I get my profile verified?

Log in and open All Profiles from your dashboard. On any profile, click Get Verified and upload a clear photo of your government ID plus a selfie. Our team reviews them privately — once approved, your profile displays the green Verified badge and your documents are permanently deleted. Every ad is already quality-checked; verification is an extra, optional trust badge that proves your identity.

How do I post my first profile listing?

After logging in, go to your Dashboard and click "Add New Profile". Fill in all the required details — title, location, sub-location, phone number, age, services, description, and upload up to 5 photos. When you submit, your ad passes an automatic quality & authenticity check: if it meets our standards it goes live right away, otherwise it's held for a quick manual review by our team.

How long does it take for my profile to be approved?

High-quality ads pass our automatic quality check and go live instantly. Anything that needs a closer look is manually reviewed by our team, usually within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a dashboard notification when your ad is live.

Can I edit my profile after posting?

Yes! Go to your Dashboard, find your profile in the list, and click the "Edit" button. You can update your title, description, phone number, photos, services, and other details. Changes may need to be re-approved by admin.

How many photos can I upload?

You can upload a maximum of 5 photos per profile. Supported formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP. We recommend using real, high-quality photos for better engagement.

How do I delete my profile listing?

Go to your Dashboard, find the profile you want to delete, and click the "Delete" button. You'll be asked to confirm before deletion. Once deleted, the profile cannot be recovered.

How do I report a fake or suspicious profile?

Every profile has a Report option — tap it, choose a reason, and submit. Our team re-reviews flagged listings and removes anything that breaks our rules. Duplicate photos and copied content are also blocked automatically before ads can go live.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and click "Send". You'll receive a password reset link via email. Click the link and set a new password.

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account and go to Dashboard > Settings. From there you can update your name, email, and other account details. Click "Update" to save your changes.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Passwords are securely hashed (bcrypt) and never stored in plain text, your browsing activity stays private, and any verification documents you submit are deleted after review. We never sell your personal data. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

Is it free to use RentalBabe.in?

Browsing, searching, contacting, registering, and posting profiles are all completely free. The only optional paid feature is promotion — advertisers can buy coins to feature an ad at the top of a city or locality. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees; you only ever pay if you choose to promote.

Do I need to pay in advance for booking?

RentalBabe.in is a directory platform only. We are not involved in any financial transactions between users and advertisers for their services. All such deals and payments are directly between you and the service provider. We recommend getting to know the service first before making any payments.

What are coins and how do I get them?

Coins are a prepaid credit you use to promote your ads. Buy them from Dashboard → Buy Coins (1 coin = ₹1, with bonus coins on the bigger packs). Coins are only for use on RentalBabe.in and have no cash value.

How do I promote my ad to the top?

Open Dashboard → Promote (or click "Promote" on any active ad). Choose whether to feature it across a whole city or a single locality, pick a position and duration, and spend coins — your ad jumps to the top and gets a gold Featured badge instantly. See the Promote Your Ad page for details.

Are coins or promotions refundable?

Coin purchases and promotions are non-refundable, including once a promotion is active or coins have been spent. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
